These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and b88club ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the b88club website, mobile interface, betting services, live casino products, and all associated features available at b88club.cam ("the Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must not register, access, or use the b88club Platform in any way.

b88club operates under international gaming licensing. The Platform is made available to players who access it of their own free will. Malaysian players are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform complies with applicable local laws. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice with respect to any particular jurisdiction.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an active b88club Account, you must at all times satisfy the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. The Platform enforces a 21+ minimum in line with internationally recognised responsible gambling standards applicable to casino and sports betting services.
• You must be a natural person (individual human being) and not a corporate entity, trust, or automated agent.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by statute, and where such prohibition has been expressly communicated to the Platform. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of your participation.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or close associate of b88club, its affiliated entities, or its licensed gaming suppliers where such relationship creates a conflict of interest.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion agreement with b88club or any other gambling platform.

Each player may hold only one registered Account on the b88club Platform. The maintenance of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, country and city of residence, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify us promptly of any changes.

KYC Verification is mandatory prior to the processing of any withdrawal. Acceptable identity documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad, Malaysian passport, or other government-issued photographic identification. We may also request proof of address and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. KYC documents are reviewed within 2–48 hours of submission.

b88club reserves the right to suspend Account activity pending KYC completion and to reject verification documents that appear altered, fraudulent, or inconsistent with information provided at registration. Providing false identity information is grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of funds.

By using the Platform, you agree that you will not, at any time:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that contravenes these Terms;
• Engage in any form of fraud, cheating, collusion, or match-fixing in connection with Platform Services;
• Use automated software, bots, scripts, or other programmatic means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or otherwise circumvent the intended operation of Platform Services;
• Exploit identified errors, glitches, or technical faults in the Platform's software or odds pricing systems ("bug abuse");
• Engage in arbitrage betting strategies that are designed systematically to exploit promotional offers or pricing anomalies in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play;
• Share your Account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access or operate your Account;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any Platform software;
• Transmit any harmful code, virus, or disruptive material through the Platform.

b88club reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of these Terms of Use and to take such action — including Account suspension, fund forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities — as it deems appropriate in the circumstances.

b88club supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of Malaysian Payment Methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, DuitNow, FPX, and select cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC). Availability of specific payment channels may change without prior notice.

Deposits: The minimum deposit is RM30. Most e-wallet and DuitNow deposits are credited to your Account balance within seconds of confirmation. FPX bank transfers are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. b88club does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal is RM30. All withdrawals are subject to full KYC verification prior to processing. Withdrawal requests are processed as follows: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) within approximately 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX transfers within 5–15 minutes; direct bank wire transfers within 15–60 minutes. These are indicative processing windows and not guaranteed timeframes.

Withdrawal conditions: Funds deposited and used to qualify for a bonus are subject to the applicable wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. Real-money deposits not associated with a bonus may generally be withdrawn at any time subject to KYC clearance. b88club reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for any withdrawal request deemed to warrant further due diligence.

b88club offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, referral rewards, birthday bonuses, and VIP loyalty tier benefits. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are published alongside the promotion and form part of this Agreement by reference.

General bonus conditions applicable to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Each welcome bonus offer may be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are stated clearly on each offer page.
• b88club reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what rate. Live casino games, for example, may contribute at a lower rate than slots.
• Bonuses have a validity window within which wagering requirements must be completed. Unused bonus funds after the validity period expire without compensation.
• b88club reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Where abuse of bonus terms is detected — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers — b88club reserves the right to void bonus funds and any associated winnings, and to close the Account.

All bets and wagers placed on b88club are governed by the specific game rules applicable to each product — sports betting rules, live casino game rules, slot game rules, and crash game rules — as published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of that game or event.

Sports Betting: Live odds on EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA competitions, UFC, and other fixtures are updated in real time. Odds are displayed in decimal format by default. b88club reserves the right to void bets affected by pricing errors, data feed failures, or events where the outcome was known prior to bet placement. Asian Handicap and Over-Under rules follow standard international sports betting conventions.

Live Casino: All live dealer games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo) are governed by the rules of the respective game as displayed within the game interface. The decisions of the live dealer and game software are final. Disconnections during live play are handled according to the Platform's game interruption policy as published in the game lobby.

Slots & RNG Games: All random number generators used in the slot and RNG game library are independently tested and certified. Published RTP (Return to Player) figures are theoretical long-term averages and do not represent guaranteed returns on individual sessions.

b88club reserves the right to cancel, void, or suspend any game, event, or market at its sole discretion where technical, operational, or integrity concerns arise.

b88club is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all Platform Services. Gambling should be an entertaining activity; it should never be treated as a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses.

The Platform provides the following responsible gambling tools to all verified Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you may deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the maximum net losses your Account may sustain within the defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure in-session alerts that remind you of elapsed playing time.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude your Account from all Platform Services. Self-exclusion requests are processed and take effect within 24 hours of confirmation.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications during gameplay showing your session duration and net result.

All content on the b88club Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, domain, software, text, graphics, page layouts, game interfaces, odds data, promotional materials, and user interface design — is the proprietary intellectual property of b88club or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, recreational gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written authorisation from b88club.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, b88club, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any Platform Services;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform Services, whether scheduled or unscheduled;
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or Account data;
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in live odds, game results, or promotional content;
• Gambling losses incurred through normal Platform use.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, b88club's aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total value of funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.

b88club reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Engagement in any form of fraud, cheating, collusion, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Multi-accounting or abuse of promotional offers;
• Non-compliance with age verification requirements;
• Any activity that b88club reasonably believes poses a risk to the security, integrity, or reputation of the Platform.

Upon Account termination for cause, b88club reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including both real-money funds and bonus credits, where such termination results from fraud, cheating, or material breach of these Terms. Where an Account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via the original deposit method.

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which b88club holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Malaysian players acknowledge that they are accessing the Platform under international licensing arrangements and accept that their use of the Platform is governed by these Terms and the laws of the licensing jurisdiction, rather than Malaysian domestic law, with respect to the operation of the Platform itself.

b88club reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of 7 days' notice prior to the effective date of the amendment.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 12.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
